I was inspired by a recent how to article in the latest MSL with the recipe for a lemon sea salt scrub that seems like it would smell incredible. Upon browsing on line for other variations, I found a cool, little blog called The Local Kitchen which featured three amazing recipes for do it yourself body scrub. I'm especially interested in trying the Avocado & Citrus and the Lavender. I bet the aroma is divine!

What a great idea. I am currently buying a salt scrub from the store for my home-pedis, so I could benefit from making my own.
